Coverts Green for Sir Moses

These come from a Green Wing Macaw, a hybrid between Scarlet and Blue & Gold They are (and were) the feathers of choice for the Sir Moses wing. A pattern created by Maj John P Traherne, popularized by George M Kelson in the Fishing Gazette and immortalized by Paul Schmookler and Ingrid Sills in their First work The Salmon Flies of Maj John P Traherne published in 1993. Evangeline is the fly in the background picture (page 95 of that book) above.

Unfortunately I don't have too many of these and what I do have is in the 4/0-5/0 hook range.
