As irony would have it, these are Chinese Necks, grown in the good old USA. These are the necks from the same chickens that my Rangeley Streamers come from and from the same strain of poultry as Chinese hackle. They offer all the attributes of my Strung Chinese Neck Hackle except you get a wider range of sizes and now they are available. Rooster Necks from China are no longer available in the US due to the Avian Flu issue.
