TWEEZERS

by JOHN SISEVICH

A few years back a friend gave me a pair of tweezers that were used in the semi-conductor industry. Very nice quality, highly polished stainless steel, with the tips closing very exact. A real pleasure to use in fly tying.

Recently, by chance, I ran across a catalog that offers those same Swiss made tweezers. I ordered two pair and was pleased with the quality and prompt delivery. They offer eleven different styles. The stainless steel, FeCr alloy type, which I find quite satisfactory, price from $7.50 to $11.50 each. They also offer some models in carbon steel and titanium which price from $13.00 to $17.50.

The wide point model 2A (approx. 1.5mm.) I find most practical in my tying. The fine point models are also useful in many situations.

If the total order is less than $25.00, there is an additional charge of $5.00. When ordering the catalog be sure to specify your interest in tweezers, as they have catalogs specific to many different industrial needs.
